The consumer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason, in addition to the right to exchange and return defective products.
Collection can be carried out by us or you can go to our store located in Aveiro (Rua da Paz 235, Quinta do Loureiro, Cacia 3800-587 Aveiro), no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your intention of the return.
When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund for your order using the same payment method you used for the purchase. In the case of ATM references, you must send us an email with a IBAN for which we will make the refund. Once the return has been made, we will send you an email confirming it. Please note that, once the refund has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 14 days depending on your bank.
The refund will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you no longer have the card used for the purchase, we suggest you contact your bank for help.
Exchanges must be made for items whose total order value is equal to or greater than the return value. You must inform the intention of the exchange via email online@contagiovinhos.pt , indicating the order number. Our team will contact you within a maximum period of 72 business hours.
Yes. You must have the product delivered to us (collection by CONTÁGIO – BOA IDEIA, LDA or delivery to the store) so that our team can evaluate and confirm the respective defect.
